The Best of Rowan
For the first issue of 2010, we thought we’d make Rowan Magazine just that – an issue written by you and about you. While we couldn’t let everyone submit their 800 words, you rocked the vote and made this issue what it is. We invited you to vote on the very best in your county, and you did in droves. Between November 1 and December 15, we received 1,125 ballots (10,089 total votes!). The results? A clear picture of what makes Rowan County tick; and an even better idea of what makes it hungry.
